Administrator based in Maidstone or Ashford (Kent)

We are looking to recruit a Resource Administrator who will provide a range of administrative services to support the work of the Interventions team at KSS CRC.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves assisting with the coordination and allocation of resources of placements/projects/programmes of service users.

You will input service user contact and attendance details onto the system and assist with producing management information, workload statistics and trend information.

The role requires effective communication over the telephone with internal and external stakeholders.

In conjunction with the Resource Manageryou will co-ordinate and implement the appropriate resources in support of meetings and appointments.

Skills and Experience

Good communication skills, both oral and written and the ability to relate to people at all levels and in a variety of settings.

Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.

Proficient in Information Technology (including Word, Excel and databases).

Experience of setting up and maintaining administrative systems.

Good level of attention to detail.


The Ideal candidate will be experienced in:

Providing administrative support covering a wide geographical area.

Dealing with a wide range of people

Data inputting



Additional Information

Salary: £18,654 rising to £21,605 per annum dependent on experience


Location: Ashford or Maidstone


Hours: 37 hours


Closing Date: 20th January 2019
