Customer Service Advisor 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Job Role

Providing an excellent customer experience is at the heart of our delivery approach and this role is a critical element in delivering that service.  Based in our Head Office in Mulhuddart Village Dublin 15, you will provide first line and on-going contact with clients referred to JobPath, and also contact with employers in order to process quality information to verify our clients’ employment milestones.




Key Responsibilities

You will issue initial appointment letters to our clients referred to the Jobpath service and follow up with a telephone call to assist with directions to our delivery centre and answer any questions they may have about the service. You will take incoming calls from clients, employers, and colleagues based in our branches, dealing with queries and occasionally complaints.

You will work with our delivery centres to support our clients across the length of their 52 week client journey, whether they are accessing our service in our centres or whilst in work.  You will intermittently call our clients once they have found employment offering continuous support.

An important element of the role is providing administrative and office support to Head Office staff and complying with processes and procedures to ensure both contractual and company quality and compliance standards are met.

Skills and Experience

  • A fluent English speaker
  • Qualifications – Junior Certificate standard as minimum, Leaving Certificate standard is desirable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a confident approach to dealing with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner
  • Previous experience in an office environment and of telephone based customer service in a fast paced environment
  • Highly attentive to detail and quality standard
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload to ensure that tasks are complete on time and our clients are attended to promptly
  • A great team player, willing to collaborate on ideas
  • Good IT skills with demonstrable experience of using MS Office software and CRM systems

Salary: €22,800 to 24,000 pa (dependent on experience)

Location: Mulhuddart, Dublin

Hours: 8.30am to 5 pm Monday to Friday (Full time)
