Administrator - Approved Premises (Bristol)

Job Role

Join us at Eden House, a designated Approved Premises (AP) for up to 26 women, supported by a specially trained all-women workforce! You’ll provide support for women either returning to the community after serving time in prison or who have been given a residential requirement as part of a community sentence.

We’re looking for an Administrator to join our team and take control of all things administrative within the Approved Premises, including setting up and maintaining accurate client information and case records on relevant approved databases.

You’ll be the first point of contact in our reception area for all visitors and phone calls, so we’ll need your excellent communication skills and your friendly and approachable disposition! We’ll also be grateful of your ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with residents, colleagues, and external agencies.

Our successful candidate will already have experience in administrative support or an NVQ in Administration. However, we appreciate that not everyone can tick every single box, so long as you have an engaging personality and are comfortable having contact with a diverse range of people from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary of up to £23,088 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:
