Integration Manager (South West)

Job Role

We’re currently seeking a talented individual to join our Integration team as an Integration Manager.   The Integration Team is responsible for ensuring that all service delivery across the Employability Business Area responds to economic needs by being the conduit for local economic intelligence and stakeholder relationships to support client progression and movement into sustainable employment.

You’ll work across Seetec’s Employability UK business area to drive service integration and develop innovative solutions for our service users and commissioners within the Employability sector.  You’ll be responsible for engaging with stakeholders including LEPs, Combined Authorities, Local Authorities, DWP Partnership Managers, local training and employment providers and VCSE organisations. Also responsible for understanding regional, sub-regional and local economic needs, understanding stakeholders' priorities and strategic plans.

You’ll drive service integration and develop innovative solutions, across the full Restart delivery region, with a focus on LEP and local community priorities. You’ll work in partnership with the Integration team to drive service integration and develop innovative solutions for our service users and commissioners.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we offer a competitive salary range  £50,000 to £58,000  p.a.  (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Location:   Location base will be agreed on appointment but expected to travel across the South West

Hours:   37 hours a week.  Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Under the direction of the Operations Director work closely with the Strategy and Growth Team to ensure divisional alignment with, and execution of the group strategic growth plan.
  • Manage a team of Integration Leads, and Co-ordinators, to develop and share an in-depth understanding of regional, sub-regional and local economic needs, understanding stakeholders' priorities and strategic plans.  
  • Support with the development of the Employability strategy that maximises opportunities for participants through local partnerships and aligns strongly with Seetec Group strategy.  
  • Working closely with the Operations Director to develop a comprehensive, live map of local provision and complementary services to support development of the Local Specialist Support Directory of specialist providers to support current and new contract delivery and client progression into sustainable employment..

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Proven and demonstrable management experience
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of delivering against competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to respond to changing demands and priorities without comprising quality and performance.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills with the ability to establish collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience of contributing towards a stakeholder management plan.

Desirable

  • Educated to a degree level or experience in a relevant discipline (e.g. innovation, commerce or similar).
