Senior Apprenticeship Delivery Tutor
Job Role
We're looking for a Senior Apprenticeship Delivery Tutor to join our Operations team and play a key role in supporting apprenticeship learners, employers and delivery colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes.

In this specialist delivery role, you will manage a caseload of apprenticeship learners while providing targeted intervention support for learners who are displaced, at risk of withdrawal, approaching gateway or requiring accelerated progress. You will work closely with delivery, curriculum, compliance and operational teams to improve learner engagement, retention, gateway conversion, EPA readiness, achievement rates and employer satisfaction.
You will also provide day-to-day guidance, coaching and support to Apprenticeship Delivery Tutors, acting as a subject matter expert and role model for high-quality apprenticeship delivery.
We are looking for someone with strong apprenticeship delivery experience, excellent coaching and assessment skills, and the ability to motivate learners and colleagues to achieve their best. You will be organised, resilient and confident using learner management systems and performance data to drive improvement.

Location: Remote working, occasional travel to attend team meetings expected where necessary
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging apprenticeship teaching, coaching and assessment across relevant programmes, including Business Administration, Team Leader Supervisor, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, Warehousing and Logistics, and Supply Chain.
- Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, from onboarding and progress reviews through to gateway and End Point Assessment.
Identify learners at risk and implement effective recovery plans to improve retention, participation and achievement. - Build strong relationships with employers to support learner progress, cohort delivery and positive apprenticeship outcomes.
- Provide coaching, guidance and practical support to delivery tutors, sharing effective practice and supporting consistency across teams.
- Monitor learner progress, gateway pipelines and milestone targets to support timely achievement and EPA readiness.
- Maintain accurate records of learner interventions, progress and outcomes.
Skills and Experience
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent
- Level 3 or above vocational competence within Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain or Management
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
Assessor qualification (TAQA/A1/CAVA) - Internal Quality Assurance qualification
Level 4 or Level 5 vocational qualification relevant to curriculum area - Leadership or Management qualification
