Job Role

Join our Service Delivery team as an Asset and Supplier Analyst to oversee and be responsible for the maintenance and configuration of all corporate user devices including any hardware built or refreshed enabling business operations to meet security, statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure services are delivered to our business units by the team or any partnered supplier.

Our successful candidate will have excellent customer service and good IT skills and have the ability to manage workloads effectively and to deadlines.

You’ll possess great written and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently and also enjoy a team environment.

Location:   Hockley   

Hours:   37 hours a week.  Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities

•    Undertaking tasks required to meet Service and Operational levels and Device Performance targets. 
•    Engage with onboarding and current operational suppliers  to support business activities. 
•    Supporting the provisioning of IT equipment from any partnering supplier. 
•    Responsible for managing lifecycle of hardware and software models from their introduction to the business through to disposal. 
•    Maintaining and ensuring security tags and assets tags are correctly applied. 
•    Updating the ITSM tool ensuring device data accuracy is maintained for any supplied, returned or results from location audit surveys. 
•    Carry out and schedule reports from our ITSM tool when needed for audits and quality checking. 
•    Responding to end user’s requests for peripherals, DSE equipment. 
•    Processing of returned items of equipment. 
•    Supporting the packaging of equipment for distribution. 
•    Co-ordination of Field Engineers schedules. 
•    Contribute to supplier meetings where necessary. 

Skills and Experience

•    Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent by experience. 
•    Good written, verbal communication and presentational skills. 
•    Excellent customer service skills. 
•    Knowledge of IT Service Management. 
•    Excellent customer service and relationships skills are essential. 
•    Ability to manage multiple requests and adhere to deadlines. 
•    Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills. 
•    The ability to use own initiative and work independently. 
•    A team player with the ability to pull together to achieve the greater goal. 
•    To be inquisitive and able to challenge.
