Job Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to shape and deliver our recruitment strategy across Seetec Business Services, attracting, selecting and onboarding great people across a wide range of service areas. Based in Hockley, this is a hybrid role (two days per week on-site) with bi-monthly travel to UK and Ireland bases for events and stakeholder partnering

Key Responsibilities
•Develop and implement strategic hiring plans aligned to current and future workforce needs.
•Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, providing a consultative approach on sourcing, assessment and interviewing.
•Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery—from job design and advertising through to offer management and onboarding.
•Line manage and coach the Onboarding Specialist, ensuring timely offers, onboarding and role-specific vetting/compliance checks.
•Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes, embedding best practice and strengthening the candidate experience.
•Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles using proactive sourcing.
•Use recruitment data (e.g., time-to-hire, pipeline health) to provide insights and inform workforce planning.
•Manage relationships with agencies, job boards and community partners; represent Seetec at job fairs and events.
•Champion inclusive hiring practices and support our commitment to social value and community impact.
Skills and Experience
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, with leadership/coaching experience (at least 1 year preferred).
•Strong full-cycle recruitment expertise, including sourcing techniques and assessment strategies.
•Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders while managing multiple recruitment priorities.
•Confident using recruitment metrics and ATS/HR systems to track performance and improve outcomes.
•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Desirable: Experience in public services, skills, employability, justice or related sectors; CIPD (or equivalent) qualification.
