Digital Marketing Manager (Remote) 3 month contract

Job Role

We’re looking for a versatile and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 2-5 years of experience who is comfortable wearing multiple hats across design, content, digital marketing, and marketing operations.

The right candidate will have a blend of creativity, technical marketing skills, and strategic thinking. As part of the Commercial team, you’ll play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, creating digital assets, and documenting processes while helping to shape and scale our B2B marketing function. Location:   Remote
Hours:   37 hours a week.  Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm – 3-month temporary contract
Closing Date: 16 May 2025

Key Responsibilities

•    Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, landing pages, webinars, and digital channels to generate leads and build brand awareness.
•    Design, write and manage email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including automated lead nurture workflows, segmentation, and A/B testing.
•    Create visually compelling marketing assets (Canva) including social media graphics, presentations, brochures, and infographics.
•    Develop and edit short-form videos (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut) for social media and digital campaigns.
•    Manage inbound leads within the CRM (HubSpot) and nurture automation workflows.
•    Curate and document marketing workflows, processes, and best practices to build a structured knowledge base.
•    Support website team with content and design updates, creating campaign-specific landing pages, and optimising website to align with brand messaging.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

•    2-5 years of digital marketing experience (preferably in B2B environment). 
•    Graphic design skills using Canva (or similar design tools).
•    Email marketing experience, ideally using HubSpot or a similar platform. 
•    Video editing proficiency using Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut for short-form social content. 
•    Knowledge of marketing technology & automation (HubSpot preferred). 
•    Website design and management experience, e.g. WordPress. 
•    Entrepreneurial and growth mindset – you take initiative, experiment, and learn. 
•    System-focused and detail-oriented – you work efficiently and find opportunities for incremental improvements over time. 

Desirable: 

•    Experience with SEO and paid ad management. 
•    Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot reporting).
