We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Procurement Manager to join our team!!
You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Supply Chain and Procurement, playing a key role in developing, implementing, and managing effective procurement strategies. Your focus will be on securing goods and services that align with legislative and contractual requirements, delivering optimal value, and maintaining high-quality standards across the organisation.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation, collaboration, and communication skills, alongside a comprehensive understanding of procurement principles and industry best practices.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range of £50,000 to £60,800 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Location: Remote
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities
• Support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive register that maps the size and breadth of Seetec's procured contracts.
• Oversee the creation, implementation and monitoring of processes for market engagement, tendering, award, reviews and ongoing contract management.
• Support the business to conduct regular reviews and monitor performance of key commodity suppliers.
• Support internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 and it’s implications for Seetec’s operations.
• Maintain and update a risk register for procurement, facilitating regular reviews and proactive risk management.
• Facilitate the implementation and maintain the data within the new CRM or equivalent system.

Skills and Experience
• Professional certification e.g. CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply or higher (or committed to commencing learning within 3 months of starting the role).
• A demonstrable understanding of the UK procurement landscape, including the Procurement Act 2023 and it’s implications.
• Experience working in a professional services environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in managing the end-to-end procurement process.
• Ability to analyse and manage contracts at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
