As a Restart Team Leader, you'll lead, inspire, and motivate a team of Employment Advisers to deliver outstanding outcomes for customers on the Restart Programme. You'll play a key role in driving performance, embedding a positive and high-performing culture, and ensuring customers receive the highest level of support to move into sustainable employment.
Working closely with the Business Manager and wider support functions, including Employer Services, Integration, and Specialist Teams, you will help remove barriers, create opportunities, and enable meaningful progression for the people we support.
This is a fast-paced, performance-led environment where your leadership, resilience, and ability to engage and develop others will make a genuine difference.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary range £29,858 to £32,585 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Location: Office based role is Weymouth
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities

Skills and Experience
Essential
-
Proven experience leading or managing teams, with the ability to inspire and develop others

Confident using Microsoft 365 and modern digital tools, including Microsoft Teams

Target-driven, with a strong focus on achieving results

Experienced in delivering high-quality services that meet performance and contractual standards
Desirable

Understanding of the employability and/or recruitment industry

Experience working in information, advice and guidance environments

Full driving licence
